Orders and payments
Orders are subject to availability, successful payment, and research eligibility review. Account and billing information must be accurate.
Subscriptions
Box subscriptions have a three-delivery minimum. Review existing plans, renewal dates and cancellation options in My account → Subscriptions.
Rewards
Points have store-credit value only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit cannot buy further credit or membership fees. Fraudulent rewards may be reversed.
