GHRH peptide fragment
Sermorelin is the amidated 29-residue amino-terminal fragment of human growth hormone-releasing hormone. It is studied in relation to pituitary growth hormone secretion and peptide structure–activity relationships. Human research has compared the endocrine responses associated with different GHRH chain lengths and with modified versions of the same peptide fragment.
Reference information does not confirm the salt, variant, composition, or identity supplied in this catalog item.
PEER-REVIEWED LITERATURE
Published compound and ingredient research is provided as scientific context for Sermorelin Nasal. These papers do not verify this supplier’s product, its finished formulation, or any batch. Study findings are specific to the model and conditions described.
A small volunteer study compared measured growth hormone responses to three lengths of growth hormone-releasing factor, including GRF1-29.
Researchers compared GHRH(1-29)-amide and an amino-terminally modified analogue using peptide and growth hormone measurements in male volunteers.
