Who can purchase?+
Qualified researchers aged 21 or older, purchasing exclusively for laboratory and analytical research. Checkout requires confirmation of your age and research eligibility.
Where are the COAs?+
The COA page lists documents by product and batch. If a report has not been uploaded, request it through Contact us.
How do reward points work?+
Free accounts earn 2.5 points per eligible dollar on completed orders. 100 points equal $1 in store credit.
How does the monthly box work?+
Choose four compounds per box at 40% off their combined retail price. Build different boxes or duplicate the same selection in one monthly delivery. Each box includes 10 mL Regulated Amino H2O and 2-day delivery. Three completed deliveries are required before cancellation; selections can change after the first delivery.
Can I order in bulk?+
Orders of 10–49 units of one compound receive 40% off; 50 or more receive 50% off. Volume discounts do not stack with bundle or partner discounts.
How do referrals work?+
Partners earn 20% on the first eligible completed order and 10% on subsequent eligible orders. The referral cookie lasts 30 days; account attribution persists after an eligible paid order.
Where can I manage a subscription?+
Use My account → Subscriptions to review your existing plans and available cancellation options. Box subscriptions have a three-delivery minimum.
How are returns handled?+
Contact the store with your order number and issue. The team reviews requests before authorizing a return. Points and commission adjustments follow the order refund.
